FACE-TO-FACE INDIVIDUAL TRAINING
Personalised, hands-on education centred around you, your chair and the tasks you perform.
We explore existing sitting habits, demonstrate adjustments and explain the support your chair is designed to provide. Where necessary, we can identify when alternative seating or adaptations may be appropriate.
WORKPLACE GROUP TRAINING
Interactive training for teams and organisations, helping employees understand how their chairs work and why appropriate adjustments and changes in sitting position matter.
Through demonstrations, practical exercises and discussion, we help groups develop greater knowledge and confidence in using their seating.
Sessions are available for groups of up to 10 or 25 people, with content tailored to the time available and the organisation's requirements.
LIVE ONLINE TRAINING
Learn using your own chair, wherever you work. Through interactive video sessions, we explain chair functions, demonstrate adjustments and guide you through your existing seating setup.

EVERY TRAINING SESSION INCLUDES:
Every Build-A-Chair Systems™ workplace seating training session is documented, providing a record of the education delivered. All participants receive a personalised Build A Chair Certificate of Training Attendance, confirming the programme attended, date, duration and subjects covered. For group training, organisations can also receive an attendance record for their internal staff training files. Our certificates provide a record of participation in specialist workplace seating education. They are not externally accredited qualifications.
